Rainwater is used to irrigating the greenery in the park; the building uses 100% energy from renewable sources, and energy consumption is further minimized through LED lighting, elevators with energy recovery or an ecological cooling and heating system.

Employee productivity will be increased by sufficient daylight or effective ventilation to ensure fresh indoor air. They can then take a break from work on the roof terraces or in the park. In addition, sufficient surrounding greenery increases mental functions and memory.

Excellent accessibility

Tenants can get to the campus in several ways. The adjacent Holešovice Railway Station is an important transport hub for urban, suburban and international transport. There is a subway station on line C, a tram and a bus stop. Tenants can also arrive by train, bicycle, or boat and dock here. It is also easy to travel by car. Port 7 is close to the city ring road and the Prague highway, which makes it easy to connect to the highway network. Tenants can then park in the underground parking lot.

Alternative ways of transport are supported within the project. Bike facilities with showers and towel service will be available to cyclists. Charging points for electric cars and electric bikes are also being discussed.
