Port 7 is a highly sustainable building, the developer removed the environmental burden during the construction from the surroundings, and during its subsequent use, the consumption of energy or drinking water is effectively reduced, e.g. rainwater used for watering greenery, LED lighting, elevators with energy recovery or ecological cooling and heating system.

Support for alternative ways of transport

The location is excellently accessible by all means of transport. There is a train station right next to the building, which can be used for urban, suburban, and even international transport. Metro line C station, tram and bus stops are within walking distance. Directly from Nádraží Holešovice station, a newly built underpass leads under the tracks to the complex. The area can also be easily reached by car, thanks to the close connection to the city ring road, the Prague highway and the highway network. Parking is reserved for cars on the underground floor.

However, alternative methods are also supported within the building. Cyclists can use one of several backbone cycle paths leading to the building. Bike facilities with showers and towel service are available in the underground parking lot. Charging points for electric cars and electric bikes are also being discussed. But the tenants can also reach the campus by kayak, yacht or paddleboard.
