Next to the reconstruction of the historic Masaryk Railway Station and revitalization of belonging brownfiled area including elevated crossings with park layout for pedestrians, future railway connection between the city centre and Václav Havel airport there will be two brand new office buildings as well as a hotel constructed.
Buildings have been designed by globally respected and prestigious studio Zaha Hadid Architects.
The ambition is to create a central office cluster/Prague Central Business District, following successful Florentinum project as and Churchill as corner stones and a flagship projects of the location
