The Masaryčka office complex is located in the centre of Prague next to the Masaryk train station. The offices can be easily reached by public transport. Náměstí Republiky metro station (line B) and several tram stops are in front of the building. Apart from Masaryk railway station, the location also offers easy access to the Main Railway Station and Florenc bus station, with a metro transfer station (lines B and C). All services are available to tenants nearby and in the Palladium shopping centre.
This new central business district will surround the Masaryk Station. The project was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and aimed to create a unique architectural masterpiece that will be one of Prague's landmarks while respecting the area's existing form and history.
The office development is planned to be built in several phases from 2022-2025 and will soon provide up to 100,000 sqm of new office space, shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a strong focus on green spaces, public areas and urban parks. The project will newly connect the area of Prague 1 with the Prague districts of Karlín and Žižkov, thanks to the unique roof over the track of Masaryk Station.
