A new multi-purpose boutique concept complex will be built on the prestigious Na Příkopě street, offering retail and office space. The start of operations is planned for the second half of 2024. The name of this premium project is derived from the length of the facades of three connected buildings, namely the houses with the addresses Na Příkopě 23, 25 and 27.
Ulice Na Příkopě is one of the most important high-street destinations in Central and Eastern Europe and a prestigious and sought-after location for tenants looking for representative office space. This prime location is excellently accessible by public transport. The metro stations Můstek and Náměstí Republiky are nearby.
