In Q1 2017 there was approx. 161,200 sq m in ten buildings completed, which leads to the total industrial stock of 6.47 million sq m. The construction of new buildings continues, concretely with 429,900 sq m, with 84 % pre-let. Currently there is 304,100 sq m vacant.
Demand is driven both by manufacturing and logistics. We expect that in 2017, demand will expand into non-traditional locations, especially Northwest Bohemia and Moravia-Silesia where the developers are currently preparing further projects.
