The statistics for Q3 2017 in the Czech Republic industrial market are here. The figures show no sign of demand slowing down. Driven by tenants wanting more space, approx. 92,000 sq. m. of new space was completed during the 3rd quarter. Only 21% of these premises were vacant upon completion.
The vacancy rate stays very low at 3.6%, i.e. 242,400 sq. m. available for lease. This number won't probably change much in the last quarter, as 71% of space under construction are already pre-leased.
