Technopark building is located in western part of Prague, on the boundary of the city districts of Prague 5 and 13 in Pekarska street. The location is well established as office district. Many new commercial and residential projects have been completed in the area in recent years. One of the advantages of this location is excellent access by car (direct access to the D5 motorway to Germany via Pilsen and Nürnberg and Prague's ring road) as well as to International Vaclav Havel airport. The metro station Nové Butovice (line B) as well as number of bus lines are within convenient walking distance.
The Technopark building consists of two inter connected buildings forming an L shape. The reception area and canteen are located on the ground floor of the building. The underground floors are used for parking, storage, archive space and the ancillary areas for the canteen. The design concept permits complete flexibility in the layouts of the floors and they can be easily divided to create individual office units with minimum size of 200 m2.
