The grouping of three high-rise administrative buildings in Šumavská street is a distinctive landmark of Brno. The location is also significant, which in addition to well-managed transport connections (VMO, D1, R43 Brno – Svitavy), is also within walking distance of public transport (tram, trolleybus) connecting the center of Brno with the northern parts of the city.

I. Building A, so-called bronze, offers 8,600 sqm of office space and more than 240 parking spaces are available on two underground floors. This building is also the tallest in the complex. Part of the first stage is the ongoing construction of an adjacent shopping gallery with an offered area of approx. 6,000 sqm.

The total area of the commercial premises is approx. 9,000 sqm (restaurants, cafes, groceries, drugstores, pharmacies, banks, insurance offices, ATMs, car washes, and other business units for everyday citizen needs).
More than 500 parking spaces on two underground floors. Additional outdoor parking areas will be prepared near the Šumavská Towers complex.
