Administrative building Spálená 51 is a historical building in neoclassical style by Bedřich Bendelmayer from 1927, adapted in 1994 by architect Karl Prager with the participation of sculptor Olbram Zoubek. Since the 1990s, one of the stable tenants has been Commercial Bank, which has one of the most successful branches in Prague in this building.

The building is architecturally truly exceptional. The entrance consists of independent entrances, with side entrances leading to the retail units and lined with marble and ornate sculptures. The house's front facade is decorated with two male and two female nudes of terracotta-coloured stone. Other unique sculptures by Olbram Zoubek are also in the interior.
