Palác Křižík was originally built by and named after the famous Czech inventor František Křižík at the turn of the 20th century to function as a factory within which until the 1990s production took place

The complex was completely reconstructed into a modern office building in 2005. Floors on top as well as a fully glazed atrium were added to the existing structures resulting in an attractive mix of historic details and contemporary high standard technical specifications. The building is visibly located on the corner of Plzeňska and Radlická streets in the popular location of Anděl, Prague 5. Restaurants and a canteen are located within the building in addition to the multitude of restaurants, a wide range of hotels, fitness centres, cinemas, Prague´s most successful shopping centre Novy Smichov and many other services and amenities located within the area which make Anděl such a popular location for business, leisure and living. Excellent accessibility by public transportation is guaranteed with metro station Anděl (line B) and a large regional bus terminal within walking distance and many tram lines connecting the location to the rest of Prague. The building is also very well accessible by car being located next to Prague´s inner ring road also guaranteeing good and reliable access to the airport.
