Palác Karlín is an office building located on the corner of Thámova and Křižíkova streets in Karlín, Prague. This originally functionalist building from the turn of the 20s and 30s of the 20th century previously served as the main headquarters of the ČKD Dukla company. In 1999, however, the building underwent a complete reconstruction, the author of which was the Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill. It recently underwent further interior and exterior reconstruction and, in particular, modernization. It thus offers companies first-class office space in an attractive location.
Palác Karlín is an unmissable building in the heart of Karlín, just a few steps from the Křižíkova metro station (line B) and the tram stop of the same name. Hassle-free transport is also for cars. The building offers a direct connection to the north-south highway with subsequent connections to the D1, D5, D8 and D11 highways. The advantage of the building is all the civic amenities in the vicinity - restaurants, fast food, cafes, fitness, supermarket and other shops and services.
The administrative building offers its tenants modern office space with a total size of 16,650 sqm. The building also includes retail space. It is up to the tenant how they want the office space to be arranged, whether they prefer open space or smaller closed offices. A central reception with security is available to tenants. The premises are air-conditioned and have opening windows or double floors.
