Coworking centres and serviced offices in general are a great trend nowadays.
CBRE, the world leader in commercial real estate, is extending its portfolio of office services focused on coworking centres and flexible offices. This area is now managed by Lenka Hrudíková, who, after a year at CBRE’s office sector, is now setting up this brand new service on the real estate market.
"Coworking centres and serviced offices in general are a great trend nowadays. We’re seeing a big demand for renting these types of spaces from individuals, small companies or start-ups, and also short-term rents from big companies that aim at placing their teams or external workers for partial projects. That’s why we’ve decided to meet these requirements of our clients and we’ll offer them vacant spaces for short-term rents in co-woking centres or flexible offices," says Richard Curran, Managing Director CBRE.
Lenka Hrudíková, Coworking and Flexible Office Specialist, joined CBRE a year ago. She now works at the Office Advisory & Transaction Services department. Before entering CBRE, Lenka worked at ExxonMobil for nine years where she held various positions and gained vast experience with the operation of one of the world’s biggest corporations. Lenka studied tourism in the UK at the University of Sunderland and she graduated from the Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague.
"At the time I joined CBRE, renowned global and local companies running co-working centres and flexible offices started entering the Czech market. I was interested in their services immediately. I found out that through flexible office operators, we can offer offices in the newest buildings to clients who cannot afford to rent large areas with a long-term lease. I believed this idea so much that I convinced CBRE’s management to introduce this as a separate service. It’s a solution for many clients, filling a gap on the market," adds Lenka Hrudíková.
