Unlike the neighbouring Aviatica with its dynamic shapes, Mechanica maintains an industrial appearance of the original factory buildings. This concept is underlined by the listed Walter building forming an integral part of the Mechanica complex. The office complex has an ideal location in the newly growing neighbourhood. It will be connected to the Jinonice Metro station by a footbridge. The complex is surrounded by a line-shaped park which separates the complex from the residential district.
