The Mechanica office complex was chosen as the ideal space for the new offices.

CBRE transacted a lease for Johnson & Johnson in the Mechanica office complex

Katarina Wojtusiak, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services – Office at CBRE, says:

“We are proud that CBRE represented Johnson & Johnson in its search for new space, negotiation of lease terms and conditions and proposal for a suitable design of the office concept. The Mechanica office complex was chosen as the ideal space for the new offices.”

David Mansfeld, CEO at JNJ Global Business Services s.r.o., adds:

“We are very glad that we succeeded in finding a building that perfectly meets all our requirements for exceptionally high standard working environment suitable for our growing company. The new space will be used both by our employees from sales divisions and also by employees of the Johnson & Johnson Regional Centre whose activity focuses on the provision of internal services in the area of finance, procurement and human resources management.”

David Musil, Project Manager at Penta, concludes:

“Johnson & Johnson who counts among a top ten world leading companies considered several options for its European Head Office. The fact that they decided in favour of Waltrovka where they leased one of the buildings is not interesting to us for business reasons only. It is also a matter of prestige.”

Unlike the neighbouring Aviatica with its dynamic shapes, Mechanica maintains an industrial appearance of the original factory buildings. This concept is underlined by the listed Walter building forming an integral part of the Mechanica complex. The office complex has an ideal location in the newly growing neighbourhood. It will be connected to the Jinonice Metro station by a footbridge. The complex is surrounded by a line-shaped park which separates the complex from the residential district.
