6 hot tips for your office headquarters

Office spaces represent the company, creating an inspiring working environment for your employees and serve as places to meet your business partners. Their attractiveness not only affect the satisfaction of the employees who are part of your company, but also visitors, whether they be business partners, sponsors or participants in training courses.

Here are some hot tips for offices that are in demand – it’s worth having your headquarters in one of these offices.

Requirements? An attractive location, but more is needed.

Prestigious addresses located in the city centre are considered to be attractive office spaces these days.  The most sought-after office spaces in Prague are in Prague 4 or Prague 8. Other popular locations are Prague 5, Prague 3 and Prague 1.

Besides location, tenants have several other requirements, including good accessibility by car and public transportation, relaxation zones for recharging your batteries, nearby quality restaurants with meals that fill you up without putting you to sleep, sports facilities, shopping centres and schools and nursery schools with convenient time schedules. These are very important demands.

Treat yourself to a rest in greenery

Interesting architecture which makes use of greenery contributes to increased productive and creative employees. Fresh air and a pleasant design of the space or a relaxation garden protects health and mental well-being, ensuring companies gain the loyalty of their employees and live up to their corporate values.

Certified buildings are in

Over the last several years, corporate representatives have become interested in whether the building in which they are located is environmentally responsible.  Connected to this is lower energy consumption of buildings, which is subsequently reflected in costs and tax relief.

Owners of these building usually have one of the certificates which certify the “greenness” of their buildings. For us this usually involves the LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) from the U. S. Green Building Council.

Enterprise Office Center

A new highly-visible building, the Enterprise Office Center, has appeared in the most sought-after location of Prague 4. The 40-metre-high and 12-metre-long building can already be seen from the Prague- Brno motorway.

The stand-alone building offers a coffee bar, canteen and other shops. Essential services are provided nearby in the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre, with the Potrefená husa and Di Carlo restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The offices are wonderfully situated, right next to public transport stations, 50 metres away from the Pankrác station on line C, with another station on line D being added in the near future directly in front of the building.

Key features of the Enterprise office building are the many lights and greenery, the parking courtyard with a body of water, a garden and terraces for different uses. Enterprise is pre-certified with the prestigious BREEAM Excellent certificate. Total cost savings on energy will be as high as 25%.
