The Jindřích Center 

The planned project envisages the conversion of the former Hotel Jindřich in the very center of Ostrava into a modern multifunctional complex. The Jindřich Center, with a total area of ​​22,000 m, will consist of several buildings that will offer offices, retail and services, as well as 36 apartments. It will also come to life around the building, which will create a park and a new street.

Maximum environmental friendliness

The Jindřich Center Ostrava project is designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible and comply with the BREEAM certification. Examples of technologies used include LED lighting, external sun blinds, a green roof or the use of “gray” water, as well as bicycle storage and charging stations for electric vehicles. All of this will help reduce energy, heat and water consumption, as well as reduce air pollution.
