Forum Karlin offers a unique glimpse into what an office building will look like in the future. Partly refurbished and partly newly built at a location in Karlín where historically steam boilers were newly invented and since 1908 manufactured for the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
Forum Karlín continues in this tradition of innovation and will consist of several buildings including the 4,000 sq m originally refurbished Economia publishing house, a 2,000 capacity multifunctional centre, a futuristic art gallery and a 9,500 sq m office building.
The office building was designed by the worldwide renowned Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill and will offer a total of circa 9,500 sq m office space divided over 6 floors with several floors having private outdoor terraces for relaxation.
Forum Karlín is located in the heart of the popular inner-city district of Karlín with its unique cosmopolitan atmosphere and with all possible services available within walking distance and/or delivered on request. Metro station Křižíkova (line B) is located just around the corner and good car access will be guaranteed due to its inner-city location and underground parking garage with ample visitor parking spaces.
