The Classic 7 Business Park office complex was created through the tasteful reconstruction of a former industrial complex in Prague 7 – Holešovice. Iconic industrial buildings, including a former steam mill, are today the headquarters of small and large companies that wanted to do business in modern premises with a unique atmosphere in a dynamically developing location.
The original Holešovice steam mill was converted into office space in the first phase. A modern bridge, including office space, connect both listed buildings. The project's main idea was to combine industrial architecture from the beginning of the 20th century with the most advanced technology and thereby create a unique, timeless space. Classic 7 is easily accessible by car and public transport. There are several bus and tram stops nearby, namely Maniny, Ortenovo náměstí or V Přístavu. Thanks to these tram or bus lines, you can easily get to one of the nearby metro stations – Vltavská, Nádraží Holešovice (line C), Palmovka (line B). There are also major traffic roads nearby, which ensure easy connection to the D1, D5, D8 and D11 highways. The Prague-Holešovice train station is also nearby, providing city, intercity and international connections.
