Classic 7 Business Park is a unique project that blends the past with the present

In its first phase the original buildings of the Holešovice Steam Mill were rebuilt as office spaces. Both of these listed buildings were restored and complemented by a modern bridge that connects both building which also includes office space. In its second phase a completely newly developed office building has been added which complements the business park. The primary concept behind the project was to combine the industrial architecture from the early 20th century with the most up-to-date technologies, thereby creating a unique, timeless space. The areas offer class A office space meeting international standards and expectations. Classic 7 Business Park is located between Jankovcova Street and U Uranie streets in the up-and-coming district of Holešovice. In recent years, several modern office buildings and new luxury residential projects were completed together with an expansion of services including cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The project is located in close proximity to the city centre and well accessible by car. Several tram and bus lines serve the project and metro stations Vltavská and Nádraží Holešovice (line C) and Palmovka (line B) are located just a few metro or bus stops away.
