With its thirty floors and height of 111 meters, AZ Tower is the tallest building in Brno and the entire Czech Republic. This skyscraper is located between Pražákova and Heršpická streets and is easily accessible by public transport. The building is close to the city ring road and the connection to the D1 highway, which connects the building to metropolises such as Prague, Vienna and Bratislava. Public transport stops are within walking distance. The railway station will be moved to this location in the future, thanks to which the tram network will be expanded here.
The modern, ecological and economic AZ Tower is an unmissable landmark in Brno. The building has won many prestigious awards. On an area of 17,000 sqm, it offers office, retail and residential space for lease, as well as an underground parking lot with 272 spaces for the public and tenants of the building. The shopping gallery has a central reception with 24/7 operation and shops. In this gallery, located on the first three floors, tenants will also find a restaurant, a fitness center, a wellness center, an architectural studio, an optician or an insurance company.
Office spaces are presentable and flexible. The internal layout can be tailor-made to the client's specific needs. Tenants can rely on high-quality facilities, environmentally friendly technologies, low-cost building operations and affordable prices. At the same time, the building provides a sufficient number of warehouses, archives and facilities for cyclists.
