Attractive warehouse location near Prague

Warehouse Jeneč is located directly at exit No. 7 of the D6 highway connecting Prague with Karlovy Vary. Great connection to the Prague Outer Ring and the entire highway network is a great benefit of the park. Jeneč is located right next to Václav Havel Airport and is also excellently accessible with public transport.

Freezer warehouses for lease

The dominant feature of the area are two large halls with arched roofs made of glued wooden trusses, in which there are warehouses, adjacent cold stores, and freezers. Between these two halls, there is a spacious courtyard, which as well as the side space along the halls, offers enough space for easy truck delivery. Thanks to this, the storage of imported goods in freezing or cooling boxes is fast and convenient and thus eliminates thermal shocks during the transshipment of goods.

The technical system of both halls is controlled by a computer system that regulates air conditioning, cooling and freezing in boxes, central heating, and hot water and heat recovery. It is possible to lease a storage cubicle from approx. 50 sqm. However, there are also dry warehouses for lease.
