Jezeřany - Maršovice

The complex includes three buildings. The first building serves as a production and storage hall with an area of 1700 m2. The next building with an area of about 1000 m2 is located next door and currently serves as a paint shop, but can also be used as a warehouse. The third building is currently under reconstruction and can be used as a dormitory or extended office space at the client's request. 

The production and storage area of 1700 m2 offers a clear height of 9.5 m. The premises are insulated. Trucks or cars can use the spacious gates located at the front and rear of the building (receiving x dispatch) to enter the hall. The premises also include office space located immediately at the entrance. There are also common areas, cloakrooms and a canteen in the building. It is also possible to purchase existing machinery and skilled engineering staff are available.
